All orders will be shipped UPS. Most orders will ship the same or next business day the order is placed. Please provide a UPS deliverable address when checking out. In the event that the order requires truck freight we will require your contact phone number, commercial shipping address and someone to unload the truck. (The freight company will not unload the truck) In the event you receive an item damaged follow the instructions below

1)Save original box and internal packaging
2)Contact us using the form on the contact us page. Provide order number and describe damage to the product.
3)Wait till UPS contacts you. UPS will most likely want to see and/or take the damaged item.

Once UPS processes the damage claim CTR Surplus will replace the damaged item or refund you for the amount you paid for the damaged item .
